Bama Jamma is fast approaching, and we could not be more excited for all of you to be a part of our very first year!

Our goal is to be sure that you have what you need to make this a fabulous event – and that you enjoy yourself while you’re at it.

ALL-STAR JACK & JILL

As this is a trial event, we would like to encourage everyone in all-star to register for the jack & jill so that the division will make.  It is $10.  If all goes well, we will have WSDC points for next year!

PAJAMA JAMMA INVITATIONAL

Unique to this event is an invitational pajama jam jack & jill on Saturday night.  (yes, in fun pajamas/onesies, not lingerie please).  All teaching/performing staff in this thread are invited to participate.  This will be a self-judged contest for entertainment and fun.

JUDGING SCHEDULE

The judging schedule is at this link.  We would love it if you could preview this sooner rather than later as we have a limited ability to shuffle things around – the more notice the better.

If you notice any issues/conflicts and send a separate email to our Chief Judge – Sharole Negrete.

STAFF MEETING

Staff meeting for everyone is Friday at 6:00pm in Montgomery.

NEW!!  10 MINUTE TUNE UP!

We are now offering 10 minute tune ups (mini-lessons) for our attendees on Saturday from 1pm to 2pm in the main ballroom. This will go a long way towards helping boost the bottom line for the event operations.  If you prefer not to participate (and we will not be offended), please let us know asap as we will be advertising this shortly.

HOSPITALITY

The reason you actually came!

Kidding aside, hospitality will be in the Skipwith II ballroom.

Hours are:

Friday Dinner 7:30 – 8:30

Saturday lunch 12:30 – 1:30

Saturday dinner 5:00 – 6:00

Sunday lunch 11:30 – 12:30

Hospitality is reserved for those who have contracted for hospitality in their contracts.  If you are unsure if that’s you, please ask. It’s $170 per person (hotels are nuts!) as the hotel is catering for this so please, no guests.
